Amongst the services we provide are:

• Examine your Contract and offer independent advice;
• Order Statutory searches for matters affecting the property (ownership, title search, mortgage details, etc.);
• Control compliance with Special Conditions and time limits;
• Prepare legal documentation in accordance with land title Act and registry of deeds;
• Liaise with your financier in regards to Discharging Mortgage or new Mortgage;
• Preparation of Settlement Statement (a breakdown of all fees and charges, rates and taxes and overall balance due to/by you);
• Arrange CPF-financing
• Arrange payments on your behalf to necessary Government departments/ rates and taxes;
• Update you of any particular obligations relating to Strata/Community Titles, Encumbrances etc.;
• Coordinate settlement with all Financiers involved in the transaction and attending to settlement at the Land Titles Office on your behalf;
