Medical Disputes

In Singapore, medical professionals usually carry out their work to a high standard – but mistakes do happen and patients can suffer as a result.

If you or a family member suffers negligence as a result of a surgical procedure – or because of negligent or sub-standard healthcare – it is likely you can make a claim for medical negligence compensation.

Surgery always carries a degree of risk and the risk of surgical complications – but when medical negligence is also a factor and surgical errors occur or hospital care is negligent, patients’ lives can be ruined by an unanticipated medical injury.

As part of the claims process, ETP’s lawyer will advise on claiming compensation for a patient’s long-term care and financial security – and offer sensitive and expert advice to bereaved families who have lost a loved one as a result of medical negligence or medical injury during treatment.

Our activities include:

  • Aim to settle your medical negligence claim efficiently and with maximum compensation;
  • Provide support to medical negligence clients throughout the claims process;
  • Aim to achieve an early admission of liability to enable private physiotherapy or medical or remedial treatment to restore a client’s quality of life.
